Eric ANGELIER <\/span>With more than 8 years of experience in supporting project owners on large-scale projects, Eric has developed recognised expertise <\/strong>in IT<\/strong> project management assistance for major <\/strong>international sports facilities and events<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

During the Paris 2024 <\/strong>Olympic and Paralympic Games, he held several key positions within the technology department (Cluster Technology Manager for Facilities sites<\/strong>, Deputy Technology Manager at the TOC<\/strong>, Venue Technology Manager for control centres and the PHQ). Eric oversaw the implementation of infrastructure and connectivity at more than 100 non-competition sites in Paris and the surrounding region.<\/p>\n

In this context, he collaborated and negotiated with major players such as the IOC, Orange, SNCF, \u00cele-de-France Mobilit\u00e9s, Atos, Cisco, CEVA CGM, SCC, A\u00e9roports de Paris, as well as public institutions such as the Air and Space Force, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Paris Court and the Paris City Hall.<\/p>\n

In his consulting work, he assisted Olympique Lyonnais in the creation of the LDLC Arena<\/strong>, overseeing the IT aspects from the design phase through to implementation.<\/p>\n

Originally from Savoie <\/strong>and deeply attached to the region, he now wishes to put his dual <\/strong>expertise\u2014in major international events and regional <\/strong>roots\u2014to work for the success of the 2030 Winter Olympics in the Alps.<\/p>\n

Didier BARIOZ<\/span>,internationally recognised as a true \"Ice Man\", is an expert in ice sports, with over 30 years' experience in managing and operating ice rinks, as well as organising international competitions<\/strong>. A former top-level player<\/strong>, he played in the Junior B league in Canada, the French junior team and the French national ice hockey elite team.<\/p>\n

From 1990 to 1997, he was in charge of the Olympic site in Pralognan-la-Vanoise<\/strong>, the ice rink that hosted the curling events at the 1992 Albertville Olympic Games<\/strong>, which he managed until his transfer to Courchevel. Since 1997, he has been in charge of the ice rinks in Courchevel, <\/strong>where he has acquired unique expertise in training ice technicians and preparing major sporting events.<\/p>\n

He has held major international responsibilities, notably as deputy manager of the ice rinks at the 2018 PyeongChang and 2022 Beijing Olympic Games<\/strong>, and continues to assist federations and organising committees with technical aspects related to ice sports.<\/p>\n

At the same time, Didier Barioz has also been president of the Courchevel Ski Sports Club and has been heavily involved in organising the 2023 Courchevel-M\u00e9ribel Alpine Ski World Championships, confirming his versatility and ability to manage world-class sporting events.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><\/div><\/div>

R\u00e9my BOEHLER <\/span>has been putting his expertise <\/strong>to work in ice sports <\/strong>for over 30 years. A recognised specialist in ice rink infrastructure, he has built his career around the management, construction and operation <\/strong>of ice sports venues, as well as the organisation of international competitions<\/strong>. Former technical director of the Courchevel Olympic ice rink, managing director of the M\u00e9ribel Olympic Park <\/strong>and director of the Vaujany resort, <\/strong>he has overseen the operation of iconic venues from the 1992 Albertville Games and supported the creation of innovative facilities, such as the Vaujany ice rink, incorporating advanced energy recovery and refrigeration design solutions.<\/p>\n

As Ice Master <\/strong>for the 2018 PyeongChang Olympic Games, 2022 Beijing Olympic Games <\/strong>and 2026 Milan-Cortina Olympic Games<\/strong>, he was responsible for the preparation and technical management of the ice, which was unanimously praised by athletes for its quality. His role with the organising committees covers both the design of permanent and temporary facilities <\/strong>and the operational delivery of competitions, <\/strong>ensuring optimal conditions for athletes, spectators and broadcasters.<\/p>\n

He also actively contributed to the bid for the 2030 Winter Olympics <\/strong>with SPARTNER, providing his expertise on technical aspects and his network of contacts with international federations. This contribution made it possible to submit a precise and tailored bid, with concrete responses to the requirements of global sporting bodies.<\/p>\n

Since 2006, Philippe COLLIN DELAVAUD<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0has been involved as an expert or CEO in major international sporting events<\/strong>, major sports infrastructure projects and their management.<\/p>\n

In 2024, Philippe worked with SPARTNER and RNK to present the technical options for hosting ice hockey<\/strong> events at the Nice football stadium <\/strong>(Allianz Riviera). From 2019 to 2024, Philippe worked for the Paris 2024 Organising Committee as part of the contract between Event &amp; Venue Experts <\/strong>(Robin Home) and Paris 2024, <\/strong>supporting the Event Delivery, Infrastructure and Legal teams in drafting the Venue Use Agreement (VUA) for the Stade de France, the Paris La D\u00e9fense Arena, the Bercy POPB Arena and the La Chapelle Arena.<\/p>\n

He was a stadium expert for the FFR and GIP France2023 <\/strong>from 2016 to 2018, responsible for the selection, operational audit and budget for the future Rugby World Cup; these services included drafting the Venue Hire Agreement and technical appendices for the competition venues.<\/p>\n

He was also involved in the delivery and operation of the Singapore sports complex for the 2015 Southeast Asian Games <\/strong>and the associated Paralympic Games (4,300 participants, 402 events, 11 nations); organisation of preparatory and preliminary selection events for the Games in all major Olympic disciplines for able-bodied and disabled athletes; as well as the delivery and operation of the new Cape Town Stadium for the 2010 FIFA World Cup<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Dominique GATTO<\/strong><\/p><\/span>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\"Image\"<\/span><\/div>

After several years of experience working in design offices and technical integration companies, Dominique GATTO<\/span><\/strong> played an active role in the construction and commissioning of the Allianz Riviera Stadium in Nice<\/strong>. The subsequent openings of the National Sports Museum and the Nice Vall\u00e9e shopping centre enabled him to manage all site management contracts until 2017. Dominique continued his experience in sports events in Lyon. He worked with Olympique Lyonnais <\/strong>from 2017 to 2021 as Technical and Operations Director <\/strong>and member of the Steering Committee. Dominique's main objective was to set up a sustainable organisation to optimise the management of the stadium, the museum and the OL shop. He put together an operations team to manage all technical, building safety and security, cleaning and waste management tasks in order to optimise the preparation and organisation of major sporting and cultural events, based on the optimisation of resources and organisations, with an eco-responsible approach. Back in the south, he worked with the MOURATOGLOU Tennis Academy <\/strong>for three years to implement a reorganisation linked to the proper management of infrastructure and maintenance of existing facilities.<\/p>\n

A former handball player and educator<\/strong>, Dominique remains deeply committed to the values of sport<\/strong>, citizenship, respect, sharing and living together, performance, hard work and humility.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

Hughes JARREAULT <\/span>has 20 years of experience in managing subsidiaries of French and international groups, SMEs and start-ups (fluent in English). He has a 360\u00b0 view of the company and has implemented turnaround and growth strategies. During his career, he has developed numerous business plans and annual budgets <\/strong>in accordance with US GAAP and IAS\/IFRS standards. He has also optimised financial IT tools and administrative procedures, coordinated strategic and investment projects, and supervised change management processes.<\/p>\n

At the V\u00e9lodrome National de Saint Quentin-en-Yvelines <\/strong>between 2016 and 2018, he led a financial recovery plan in conjunction with the remobilisation of teams and the management of public-private partnerships, sponsorship and subcontracting. He also negotiated the takeover of the business by a strategic partner.<\/p>\n

At the Accor Arena (POPB) <\/strong>between 2012 and 2015, he oversaw the company's accounting, taxation and social management. He managed a team of six employees and was responsible for the financial management and cost control of renovation work, with a budget of \u20ac140 million. He also modernised the financial and commercial tools, implementing Sage ERP, Salesforce CRM and Business Object in coordination with the IT department, adapting all associated processes and controlling cash flow.<\/span><\/p><\/div><\/div>

Guillaume LAIRLOUP<\/strong><\/span>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\"Image\"<\/span><\/div>

Guillaume Lairloup <\/strong><\/span>has over 25 years of experience in digital transformation in the culture, media, sport and entertainment sectors<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

As Director of Information Systems <\/strong>at the Accor Arena <\/strong>between 2012 and the end of 2017, he led its digital transformation as part of a major renovation (total budget of \u20ac130 million) and turned it into a leading connected venue.\u00a0 He left France's leading venue at the end of 2017 and became an independent consultant, supporting various clients in their digital transformation, mainly in the field of sport (OL, RCSA, Comet, SB29, LDLC Arena) but also for the Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 du Grand Paris as part of the Grand Paris Express project.<\/span><\/p>\n

In early 2022, he joined the Rugby World Cup<\/strong> Organising Committee (France 2023) as Director of Technology<\/strong>. In January 2024, he became Venue IT Manager <\/strong>at the Parc des Princes on behalf of COJOP Paris 2024<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

For 12 years, he also led modernisation projects for media groups (TV5Monde, Infopro Digital, Bollor\u00e9 Media, Canal+, etc.) in the context of acquisitions or relocations. He also led projects to digitise and promote the heritage of various museums and libraries (Les Arts D\u00e9coratifs at the Palais du Louvre). In 2024, Guillaume also resumed his studies in Sports Analytics, Technology & Innovation at the University of Dublin, and will complete his Master's degree with a study on Data-driven Sports Venues<\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/div><\/div>

JULIAN MARCOS<\/strong><\/span>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\"Image\"<\/span><\/div>

Julian Marcos is a former\u00a0<\/span>international French<\/b>\u00a0<\/span>ice hockey player who was\u00a0<\/span>selected for the Olympic team in Salt Lake City\u00a0<\/span><\/b>and participated in\u00a0<\/span>two World Championships in 2002 and 2006<\/b>. He has dedicated his life to high-level sport and its development.<\/span><\/p>\n

A member of the steering committee of the Accor Arena management company for more than 15 years and director of the Accor Arena ice rink, where he oversaw the complete transformation of the infrastructure during the renovation work in<\/span><\/p>\n

2013-2014, and coordinated the major international events organised there, including\u00a0<\/span>12 French Cup finals<\/b>, the\u00a0<\/span>2017 Ice Hockey World Championships<\/b>\u00a0<\/span>and one\u00a0<\/span>Bompard Trophy in 2012<\/b>.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Eric MERAND <\/span>assists SOLIDEO 2030 for the Nice venues hosting ice hockey, figure skating and speed skating. <\/strong>He contributed to the success of the Paris 2024 <\/strong>Olympic and Paralympic Games as Deputy Director in charge of Venue Development <\/strong>from mid-2019 to March 2023, overseeing a \u20ac800 million temporary development programme across 50 venues, as well as the structuring, recruitment and management of a team of 130 people, and in April 2023 as <\/span>Deputy Director of Events and Regional Sites, <\/strong>managing the football sites in Bordeaux, Nantes, Saint Etienne and Lyon, the basketball and handball sites in Lille, and the shooting and para-shooting sites in Ch\u00e2teauroux. More than 100 events over two weeks, and 3 million spectators.<\/p>\n

He worked with Olympique Lyonnais <\/strong>from 2006 to 2018 on the construction of its infrastructure, stadium, men's and women's training centres, training centre and museum. He was a consultant from 2006 to 2012, and joined Olympique Lyonnais in 2012 as Construction Director, <\/strong>then from late 2015 to early 2017 as Operations Director <\/strong>and member of the Executive Committee. In 2016, he contributed to the staging of the first match and inaugural show with Will.i.am, two European Rugby Finals, six Euro 2016 matches, a Rihanna concert and the Winter Hockey Games.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Eric is a member of the Infrastructure and Stadium Committees of the LFP and LNR<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

A former rugby player and coach<\/strong>, Eric is very involved in the sports movement, serving as Vice-President of Sport, Education and Citizenship for the Auvergne Rh\u00f4ne Alpes Olympic Committee<\/strong>, a region he knows well, having lived between Lyon and Chamonix <\/strong>and being born in Savoie<\/strong>.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

Xavier PARENTEAU<\/span> is a consultant and associate director at Herry Conseil. The firm was founded with the aim of helping event organisers play their part in the transition to a more sustainable world (GIP Paris 2024, Lagard\u00e8re Sport, City of Paris, Orange V\u00e9lodrome, Ministry of Sport, S-PASS, etc.). A recognised expert on the operation of public venues, Xavier is a leading figure in the ecosystem of innovation, sustainable development and the social and solidarity economy in sport, entertainment and events. He was also Director of Sustainable Development at the Stade de France for seven years and has more than 20 years of experience in events and tourism<\/div><\/div>

Pascal SIMONIN<\/strong><\/span>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\"Image\"<\/span><\/div>
In 2000, Bouygues asked Pascal SIMONIN <\/span>to take over as CEO of the Stade de France consortium. He is responsible for all sporting and cultural programming, notably with the creation of Stade de France Production, of which he is the manager. On this occasion, he obtained his first licence as a show producer. He hosted and organised the biggest sporting and cultural events, including the World Athletics Championships, the Rugby World Cup and the Champions League finals, in collaboration with leading French and international producers and major sports federations. In 2007, he created Stad\u00f4me and Stadar\u00e9na with Jacky Lorenzetti, owner of Racing. Stad\u00f4me is a project management assistance company and Stadar\u00e9na is an operating company. They are responsible for the assembly, programming, design, construction and operation of various facilities, including the future Arena in Nanterre, right up to the laying of the foundation stone. In 2012, he sold these companies to take over as CEO of V\u00e9ga, then SPASS, a group of 56 subsidiaries whose mission is to operate public facilities (Zenith, stadiums, arenas, theatres, swimming pools, ice rinks, trade fairs, etc.). In this role, he hosted and organised more than 600 concerts and more than 500 national and international sporting competitions in all indoor sports disciplines each year. In early 2018, he created his consulting firm, Cassio.P, to share his extensive experience in all aspects of design, assembly and operation (safety, reception, programming, ticketing, marketing, catering, digital, etc.), including the management and technical maintenance of all types of public sports and cultural facilities.<\/div><\/div>

Gilbert YSERN<\/strong><\/span>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\"Image\"<\/span><\/div>

After several years in teaching, Gilbert Ysern<\/span> joined the French Tennis Federation at the age of 31 and has never left the world of sport since. First at the head of the competitions department for 12 years at the FFT, he notably directed, as \"referee,\" the entire sporting organisation of the French Open (Roland-Garros) from 1989 to 1999. After spending a year in Florida at the ATP headquarters as \"Executive Vice-President\" in charge of the sports sector, he served as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of ASO (Tour de France, Paris-Roubaix, Dakar, Paris Marathon, French Open golf tournament, etc.). Recalled by the FFT in early 2009, he spent seven years heading both the Federation, as Chief Executive Officer, and Roland-Garros, as Tournament Director, living out his deep convictions about the complementarity between a major professional sporting event and the development of the sport, and between business management and public service delegation, at the heart of the federal institution. Alongside his professional activities, from 2003 to 2008 he presided over the fortunes of his city's professional rugby club, Racing Club Narbonne M\u00e9diterran\u00e9e. The company he created in autumn 2016, Ysern & Associ\u00e9s, strategic consulting and economic development, project engineering and event organisation in the world of sport, offers its expertise to companies, local authorities, federations, professional clubs and other sports organisations, and brings together skills to serve events. He was also very honoured to be awarded the insignia of Chevalier de la L\u00e9gion d'Honneur by the Prime Minister at the end of 2015 \u2013 promotion of 14 July 2014. Finally, he is fortunate to be fluent in English.<\/p>\n
