Audit of existing organisations and proposal of a target organisation to deliver the facilities and events, defining the skills and resources available, the employees and service providers to be recruited.<\/p>\n

Development of budgets and recruitment plans.<\/p>\n

Definition of job descriptions and recruitment of employees<\/p>\n

Drawing up preliminary specifications and cost estimates<\/p>\n

Monitoring of construction and restructuring work and coordination with stakeholders<\/p>\n
